The Contest
We are looking for the most creative, impressive, entertaining, and Halloween-inspired home in the Concord community. Homes located on North & South Union Street and within Historic Concord are eligible to participate.
Whether your house is creepy, creative, funny, elaborate, or completely over the top, we want to see it.
The contest is designed to celebrate local homeowners, bring neighbors together, and make Halloween in Concord even more exciting.
How It Works
It's simple: enter for free, decorate your home, and compete for the title of Concord's best-decorated house and a $1,000 Grand Prize.
Registration Opens October 1, 2026
Register your home online for FREE. Eligible homes must be located on North or South Union Street or within Historic Concord.
Get Your Display Ready
Create your Halloween display and make your home stand out. There are no specific decoration requirements — creativity is encouraged.

Participating homes will be evaluated by a designated judging panel on creativity, theme, visual impact, and detail. This is a skill-based contest — no random drawing.

One winning home receives a $1,000 cash prize provided by Turner Orthodontics, plus the title of 1st Annual Union Street Halloween House Contest Winner.
